SHIPPING POLICY
We use U.S. Postal Service for our shipping. We understand there are circumstances where using another service works better for some people though. In this case, we ask you contact us via email (seaporium@gmail.com) with your desired order requests plus shipping address with your full name & phone number. Please direct us as to your wishes for a carrier and we will do our best to satisfy you.
RETURN POLICY
In general, we do not accept returns. However, in the case of damaged goods from shipping, we will make things right for you. We just require you to get a picture of said damage within 12 hours of receiving package. You send us any pertinent pictures of damage. We will work with you to either send a replacement or offer a refund for any damaged good/s.
PAYMENT METHOD
We accept all major credit cards for payment (Mastercard, Visa, Discover and AMEX). We do not accept checks. Cash is accepted in store only.
